Highlights of this tour include Nimbin Australia’s home of alternative lifestyle- hippies, cookies and herbs (you know the ones), spectacular views of Mount Warning, traditionally know as Wollumbin, this mountain can be seen from almost everywhere on the Southern Gold Coast and we ride right past the base.
We also ride through several sections of rainforest’s on this tour, not many places in Australia where you can ride under the ferns and smell the ultra fresh air. On the return we head over the Burringbar range, this part of road used to form the Pacific Hwy and had a lot of many spent on it and was an accident blackspot. Now it is an almost unused hot-mix tared tight and twisty track over the range.
